ChancenValley is a German company specializing in financial consulting and education, was founded with the aim of connecting ambitious individuals around the world with a tangible opportunity in Germany, whether it be study, training, or employment. We do not make vague promises or offer general pathways; but work according to a professional classification system based on a realistic assessment of each employee’s file, taking into account their qualifications, experience, potential, and personal preferences. We believe that everyone has a real opportunity if they are placed on the right track , so we assess and study, then chart a clear, that is feasible and not just a theoretical plan.

At ChancenValley, we don’t offer ready-made solutions or general promises. Instead, we work according to a precise methodology that begins with an initial consultation to understand the overall situation of each case. We then conduct an in-depth analysis session in which we comprehensively examine academic qualifications, work experience, professional interests, and personal preferences. Through this step, we accurately identify the realistic paths available in Germany, whether job opportunities, vocational training, or university studies.
After studying and analyzing, we classify the candidate into one of our approved tracks, which have been developed to cover the options available for entering the job market or education in Germany. Based on this classification, we develop an individual plan that usually includes three pathways (A, B, C), tailored to the candidate’s situation and the opportunities available in the market, with an indication of the expected success rate for each pathway.
